Results of recent MRI indicate I have Spinal Stenosis and a Cervical Herniated Disc that’s pressing on my spine and nerve roots. This is what’s causing pain I've been having in my neck, shoulders, back, numbness in my right arm and also what’s triggering frequent migraines. I've been referred to a pain management specialist but can't get in til March 18 for further evaluation and his recommendation on the next step in help for me.
